Refund policy
All sales of printed comics and collectibles are final once shipped, except for items that arrive damaged or defective, or are not as described. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you. Custom comics are made to order and can't be refunded once work has begun. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Shipping policy
Orders ship within 2 business days from Brooksville, Florida, through USPS. Comics go out bagged, boarded, and packed flat in a rigid mailer. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and Express takes 1 to 2 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details, which are handled securely by Shopify. We never sell your personal information. We use your email to send order updates and, only if you opt in, news about new releases. Contact us anytime to ask about or delete your information.
